Is there a free trial?
Yes — both Growth and Pro include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
How am I billed?
Billing is handled by Shopify as part of your monthly Shopify invoice, in USD. The PKR figures on this page are approximate, for reference only.
What's the difference between Growth and Pro?
Growth covers reconciliation, the finance dashboard, reports, unusual-charge flags and customer risk for up to 3 couriers. Pro adds auto-tagging of high-risk orders, per-courier breakdowns, higher volume, priority support and up to 10 couriers.
Is there a free plan?
No. Parcelo requires a paid subscription after the 7-day trial, so every store gets the full reconciliation engine rather than a limited free tier.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Growth and Pro at any time from inside the app; Shopify prorates the change on your next invoice.
